All eligible entries must be received during the contest period.2. EligibilityOpen to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority. Employees of Primaris REIT, Conestoga Mall, Quarks, Journeys, and their immediate families are not eligible.3. How to EnterA purchase is required to enter. Receive one (1) ballot for every $25 or more Conestoga Mall Gift Card purchase made at Guest Services. Maximum 20 ballots per purchase per individual valued at $500 max. Receive one (1) additional ballot with every purchase made at Quarks or Journeys between August 1–16, 2026. Deposit your ballot in the corresponding prize ballot box at Guest Services.4. PrizesTwo (2) prizes are available: one (1) pair of shoes from Quarks and one (1) pair of shoes from Journeys. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: CAD $150.00 (total approximate prize value: CAD $300.00). Winners may exchange the shoe size only, subject to availability. Shoe style, colour and model cannot be changed.5. Winner SelectionOne winner will be drawn for each prize following the close of the contest. Winners will be contacted on August 17, 2026 using the contact information provided on their ballot.How to Claim Your PrizeWinners will be contacted on August 17, 2026 using the contact information provided on their entry ballot. Notification may be made by telephone, email, direct message, or other method of communication provided to the Sponsor. Prizes must be claimed and picked up in person at Conestoga Mall Guest Services on the date and time arranged with the Sponsor. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. If the Sponsor is unable to contact a selected winner within five (5) business days of the draw date, or if the winner fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any applicable taxes or expenses associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.6. Prize ConditionsIf a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, another eligible entrant may be selected. Winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.7. GeneralPrizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Conestoga Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if necessary. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and consent to the collection of personal information for contest administration.8. Before being declared a winner, the eligible winner may be required to sign a declaration and complete Release and Waiver forms confirming understanding, acceptance and compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor in respect of injuries, accidents, damages, costs, expenses or losses related to the conduct of the Draw, awarding of the prize and use and enjoyment of the awarded prize.
